Another California Taser Death

Another man in California is dead after police twice used a Taser while attempting an arrest. 

As police arrived they saw Rodolfo Lepe, 31, run into his home next door. Lepe threatened to kill the officers, and police shot him twice with a Taser but he pulled the darts out of his skin.
Lepe fought the officers, striking and biting one and grabbing another officer's holstered firearm.
They struggled with him before more officers arrived and he was subdued. Officers then saw that he was not breathing and began providing medical aid.
